In November, 2006, Paula installed a one-person show: “Sharing the Road Home” at Thomas McCormick Gallery, Chicago, IL.
Terry’s full-length poetry manuscript, Fabric of the Small, was a finalist in the Bright Hill Press Poetry Book Competition. The book was one of five finalists out of over three hundred entries. This is the second time this manuscript was awarded ‘finalist’ status.
In September 2006, Paula installed a one-person show: “What Season is This”

Terry’s poem ‘Overcoming Addiction’ was published in Water~Stone Review in November, 2006.

Terry’s “Family for Africa” wood sculpture, previously on loan to the American Embassy in Lilongwe, Malawi, Africa, was selected among 11 other works of art to be included in the 2005 Art in U.S. Embassies calendar.
In July of 2005, Paula will have a one-person show at the Karan

In August, Paula metal sculpture “o’mapatsa” was selected into the Acclaimed Artist Series – New Mexico Art in Public Places. It was permanently installed at the Camino Real Heritage Center in Socorro, New Mexico.

In February of 2004, Paula was selected as a finalist for an international public art competition in Tokyo, Japan. She traveled to Japan to present her idea and was ultimately awarded a Fine Work prize [second place].
Rocky Mountain Biennial 2004 at
the Museum of Contemporary Art in Fort Collins, Colorado has accepted two of
Paula’s sculptures for exhibition opening April 13th, 2004
through June 11, 2004. The opening reception is scheduled for April 17th
from 6-9pm. The two sculptures are Blue House and Waterfall.
On November 29th, Castillo Gallery hosted a poetry gathering where the featured reading included a posthumous presentation of the epic poem “The Kid in America” by Tony Scibella, a recording of Tony reading in Denver in 1985. An original Venice West poet, he died in November, 2003.
November 15th, marked Terry’s 40th birthday and abstract sculpture installation in Cordova: 40 pieces for 40 years.

Terry has another figurative sculpture going to an American Embassy in Lilongwe, Malawi, Africa.
On May 31st, Alvaro Cardona-Hine read
his poetry, and a group of 25 guests made their way through the dark night down
into the canyon for an exhilarating viewing of the Paula's outdoor sculpture
Blue House. Blue House will continue to be on display in
the
Paula’s painting exhibition at St. John's College Art Gallery in Santa Fe, NM titled Flower Dream was completed at the end of June. The show was on exhibit for 4 weeks. Thank you to all who went to see the show.
Recently, a poem of Terry’s was selected as an award poem by the periodical Plainsongs out of Hastings, NE. An essay accompanied its publication. These can be seen at the Poetry tab on this website.
In international news, Paula was invited by the Rijeka Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Croatia to exhibit her Blue House. At the time of this writing, funding for the shipment of the sculpture is being sought.
Also, Terry’s San Geronimo was invited by the U.S. ambassador to Togo, Africa to be on display for three years at the U.S. embassy in Togo under the Arts in Embassies program.
